Our Leader and Friend

Edward Joseph LeBlanc

How do you begin to describe the inspiration behind what we do as an organization? Edward or “Eddie” as most called him was a practical mind with an uninterrupted focus on his goals, and responsibilities.

He carried this focus through his life and tried to guide others around him to do the same. The mentality that Eddie carried was very simple in concept. It does matter where you started in life with enough hard work and dedication, there are steps that can be taken to elevate yourself to the best version of yourself. Even if it takes you an entire life; discipline will create results. Never give up on yourself.

Edward (Eddie) LeBlanc Sr., beloved father, husband, and Marine, formerly a resident of the Woodlands, Texas, died November 2021 at his home in Bedias, Texas surrounded by his loving family and four-legged companions. He was 52 years old. Eddie was born on June 1969 in Bourg, Louisiana. Shortly thereafter moving to New Iberia, where he grew up. After graduating high school from New Iberia High School, Eddie joined the Marine Corps in July 1987 and was stationed in California. During his time in the Marine Corps, he met the love of his life, and they married in Visalia, California. He reached the rank of Staff Sergeant in the Marine Corps serving 12 years and was honorably discharged in July 1999. Once he left the Marine Corps, Eddie moved to The Woodlands, Texas where he worked in his first civilian job utilizing his telecommunication experience from the Marine Corps. During that time, Eddie pursued a bachelor’s degree and graduated from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Technology and Supervision in 2007. Shortly after graduation, Eddie joined a new team starting as a project manager and progressing to the Director of Project Management. For those who were lucky enough to have it, his brisket and ribs could rival any champion barbeque in the country. Eddie was known for wanting to help and teach anyone who had a desire to learn or improve themselves. For Eddie, there was no task that he could not accomplish, he was a jack of all trades, and a lifelong learner.
